چکیده
Residues of antibiotic drugs in food and products have been received much attention recent years because growing safety concerns for public health. There are serious effects residues meat human consumption (e.g., increasing antimicrobial resistance, carcinogenicity, mutagenicity, hypersensitivity). In this study, we used broiler chicks as a laboratory animal to detect the colistin sulfate residue health concerns. The day-old were collected reared up 31 days. treatment was started from day 16th until sacrifice. randomly divided into three groups namely control group (Group A), discriminate B) indiscriminate C) on 14th day. treated with an antibiotic, maintaining withdrawal period one week. case not maintained continued till body weights birds recorded daily. mean weight highest (1261.15±16.37gm) followed by (1156.15±18.23gm) lowest (1008.49±18.11gm). differences among gain statistically significant (P<0.05) compared group. Thin Layer Chromatography revealed that all samples positive Liver, Kidney Spleen, it 100%. except thigh breast muscle percentage Liver sample (66.67%). no results (P<0.05). From above findings, research could be considered need based Bangladesh ascertain influential effect abuse poultry industry.

Antibiotic residues in poultry tissues and eggs: human health concerns?
Antibiotics are used by the poultry industry to enhance the health and productivity of flocks. The use of antimicrobials is strictly regulated by the Food and Drug Administration (FDA) and the USDA to warrant their safety and efficacy. Prior to regulatory approval, the pharmacokinetics and tissue tolerances of an antimicrobial are determined to set the proper dosage. To ensure proper use, both ...

in poultry breeding, use of any antibiotics as a food additive that promotes growth, prevention or treatment of infectious diseases will increase the chance of drug residues in poultry meat products. in this study, the presence of different antibiotics in ten broiler flocks, which were later transported to mashhad poultry abattoir have been investigated, using four plate test (fpt) method. a to...

Silica gel thin-layer chromatography was employed to detect lecithinase activity induced from bacterial resting cell preparations induced from bacterial resting cell preparations incubated at 37 C for 4 h in the presence of purified egg yolk lecithin. Bacillus subtilis, Bacillus cereus, Serratia marcescens, and Pseudomonas aeruginosa hydrolyzed lecithin with the formation of free fatty acids as...
متن کاملConcentrations of antibiotic residues vary between different edible muscle tissues in poultry.
Antibiotics are used by veterinarians and producers to treat disease and improve animal production. The federal government, to ensure the safety of the food supply, establishes antibiotic residue tolerances in edible animal tissues and determines the target tissues (e.g., muscle) for residue monitoring. However, when muscle is selected as the target tissue, the federal government does not speci...
